After 33 successful culinary years, the Confetti's Restaurant in Duesseldorf was closed at the end of 2021 due to an expiring lease agreement. Many of the long-time customers continue to inquire about when a new restaurant will open. 'We are searching, but in the meantime, we want to offer all our old guests and hopefully many new culinary fans the opportunity to recreate our recipes at home and enjoy them with friends or family.' In addition to the traditional Italian antipasti classics such as vitello tonnato, various variations of carpaccio, and great burrata combinations, there will also be a special focus on the most popular pasta dishes of Confetti's. Whether it is linguine with saffron, prawns, and green asparagus or tagliatelle al ragú Bolognese following Nonna's recipe. The recipes for the house's own truffle and herb butter will also be disclosed, as well as the recipes for possibly the most delicious tiramisu and the super fluffy mousse au chocolate.
