In this publication a visualization framework is presented, which supports biologists and technicians with backgrounds in plant biology to efficiently extract definite cellular structures out of quick frozen biological objects. The main subject is set to the description of the model generation pipeline, the outline of three-dimensional (3D) models’ visualization possibilities and the definition of virtual volume of interest (VOI).
